I cannot recommend renting from a private landlord enough, Steve and Dana must be among
the best in the business. The house was in a great location and met all our needs; having Virgin TV
and internet included was a great bonus. They were professional and friendly throughout the
tenancy and very considerate of the needs of students, such as being able to pay rent termly and
individually. Steve was consistently helpful and responsive when dealing with any problems or
queries and it was great to have such constructive communication with a landlord. It would be a
pleasure to rent from him again!

I lived at 152 for 2 years and during that time Steve was a great landlord, the house was lovely and in
a great condition. If there were any problems or faults during our stay they were quickly resolved!
He was reliable and and great landlord I would happily live in any of his houses again.

The house we moved into was really nice and really well looked after. There was plenty of space for
all of us. Steve is a wonderful landlord. Any problems we had were resolved quickly and was great at
communicating when something was going on like a visit. Very friendly and happy to help. We've
had a great experience this year and regret not going to a landlord sooner instead of an agency.

A lot of people think dealing with an agency is easier than directly with their Landlord, they are not
always right! I lived in a student property owned by Mr Plent for my 3 years at university, and can
say without hesitation, he and his wife were a pleasure to communicate with. They were both
friendly and dealt with any issues promptly and with out any hassle. Even when it came to returning
our deposits at the end our of tenancy - (of course there was damage 6 of us had lived their for 3
years) most of the work was done at very low cost to us so between us we lost very little and the
process was quick and painless for all. I can wholly recommend Mr Plent as a Landlord for an easy
and respectful tenancy - I've found with experience that letting agents are far more trouble!!

"Cannot be faulted, excellent house and Landlords"

Steve and Dana were always incredibly reliable Landlords; they were easy to reach, responded to queries quickly and effectively. Our house was very well maintained and improvements were made without request throughout the two years.
Avoiding using an agent also worked in our favour; we saved money through not paying agency fees and were able to contact Steve and Dana directly when we had any queries. From talking to friends at uni this seemed to be a rare find.. most seemed to struggle to convince their Landlords to even visit if they had any problems! We were lucky with our house and Landlords; the whole process went incredibly smoothly and was stress-free, it seemed a shame to move out.
Steve and Dana are both very down-to-earth and approachable, with a genuine desire to keep the process as simple as possible and the houses to the highest of standards. I can happily recommend them with confidence to other students for the future. :)

Dear Steve & Dana,
The card and flowers are a little token to show our appreciation for the past two years. As you can
imagine, the transition from student halls to student housing can be a very daunting experience,
but you made us feel at ease from the start.
We are so thankful that we’ve been fortunate enough to have had a great rapport with you both
throughout the tenancy, which has made our university experience all the more pleasant and
enjoyable.
We are very lucky to have had such kind, generous and attentive landlords and we hope your
future tenants appreciate you as much as we have! A massive thank you for everything once again
